1. Build your Goals dashboard in 3 simple steps:
2. Open the Dashboard and add a widget, and then click on Goals.
3. Select the relevant report to track data from, column of the report and set the goal on which you want to track the progress. For example, if you want to set a goal of 5 deals per each manager to close during a week, you select a “Sales pipeline” report, then a column “Deals won”, and then set “5” as a goal.

And that’s it! You’ve set up the Goals for the week, and now you see how much time is left to close the deals and how many were closed so far.
